I had a lot of things going on – my neck and shoulders were very tight and the discomfort travelled down into my lower back. I was suffering from headaches every day, getting numbness from my elbow to all fingertips and sleep was often disrupted. These were all causing challenges at work and in daily life.Since I started care, the headaches are less severe and way less frequent. I feel healthier and am more productive at work and home. My wife is so pleased I no longer snore.
